VR running PC Build

I have recently decided to get a VR setup but my pc is about 5 years old and is not capable of running it. I intend on getting the HTC Vive Pro so I need it to be able to handle that, I also plan on using it to play ordinary games such as Just Cause 4 when it comes out.

I would prefer a 7.1 sound card if possible as well, although I have an Asus Strix Soar 7.1 sound card that I can move into the new PC myself.

My budget is a preference of GBP£3000, although that is not fixed and if necessary I can go higher.

Also, due to not having the nerves (or patience, I've been sitting on this plan for months now) to build a pc from scratch costing that much myself, are there any suggestions for how/where/by who to have it pre-built for me?

This budget does not include any screens or other peripherals as I already have them although some suggestions separate from the budget would be welcome, I am running 3 screens now, 2 27" screens and one old tiny one that I pretty much only use for Skype.
