Help with google docs spreadsheets

so im trying to get all my accounting done for the end of year and im trying to set it up in excel on google docs

i have most of it done but im trying to get all my steam stuff done and when i copy and paste the infromation from my market transactions this is what i get

is there anyway in excel to make it show like this

keep in mind this for multiple transactions and this would take too long to do by hand

i realized that this is alot that cant really be done with excel but does anyone know of a way to atleast separate the numbers from the text so i can sum them up into a total
