Hey everyone, so I just completed buying all my parts recently and still waiting on them to come in! :D

I was wondering if you all could suggest me something to look forward to in terms of upgrades. My pcpartpicker will actually be lower priced than what it should be because I have been shopping around and getting deals when I could. If you have any suggestions to make the current build any better just let me know because I can always return it/exchange it for the better part.

I don't mind having to wait another week if it means a better rig :D

Anyway, here it is and thanks for all the help!

More SSD storage, more RGB, some future CPU/GPU gen.

Well I figured yeah new gen gpu/cpu in the future =p

I'll have to think about the SSD, 500gb should last me for a long time but it's definitely something to look forward to.

Why more RGB? I wanted some subtle RGB but not too much =p

Man I'm so happy to see you here, you give me like the harshest criticism in the best way xD

You really think I'll outgrow the 500gb ssd that quickly? How about 1TB? I do plan on playing games and running Adobe programs and such and blah blah, in terms of what I'll be doing.

My brother actually plays WAY more games than me and has 480gb ssd and hasn't filled it up yet in over a year.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Speakers - Don't know

Headphones - Currently using 7.1 Sony headphones, they're actually EXTREMELY comfortable and have amazing quality with BG noise cut. My wife blasts the TV and my buds don't hear a thing!

Mouse - Currently using a Razer Black Mamba. I like it. Might switch over to a Logitech though.

Keyboard - Don't know yet, I was thinking a Corsair one since I've heard bad things about Razer's keyboards. It's between Corsair and Logitech though.

Chair - Using a DxRacer Fomula series.

Desk - Using a cheap one currently but thinking of stealing someones idea I saw. A Karlby cutting block on top of two office drawers.

Monitors - Using a cheap one as a placeholder. Seriously need suggestions closer to Black Friday / Cyber Monday

You don't have to get one of the big brands' keyboards, though. There's a community around building custom mechanical keyboards. LTT has a video on it, but you don't have to spend $350 to get a decent one.

You get a lot more customisability regarding the switches and case, a lot have RGB underflow lighting, but per key RGB isn't really a thing, afaik.

Cherry switches are boring :D

Lol, it really depends what you play.  Ark is now at 182GB alone, so coupled with Windows, Office 365 and other games like Borderlands and SCAUM and what not... I run out. Just bought the 860 EVO M.2 1TB for $177 last week.

Hey, my heart's in the right place at least for ya!  :)

I like your desk idea, should look pretty sweet.

You know my suggestion on a monitor.  If you can drop an Ultrawide on Black Friday, I can't suggest it any harder.

I would build a keyboard..or I should say I could. I'm a product developer at my workplace, but I don't know a thing about keyboards other than remapping keys, pushing the buttons, and removing them to clean them xD  My budget I'm giving myself is around $100 usd give or take $20.

NOOOOO way!! 182GB?? Jesus, well the good thing is I can just add a second ssd, but now I know to get a 1tb, heck if it's going to be a while I may as well save now and drop $300-$450 on a 2tb.

Yeah I know it now lol. That purchase is going on the credit card :D  That or I could finance it, the only issue with that is a lot of places overcharge as their base price and even their "sale" price. So I'd be paying it off with time, but it'd cost more. I have places like Conn's, Best Buy, Nebraska Furniture Store, and Fry's around me.
