Need help!

SanJoseSharks

Hi I was wondering whether a 500w PSU would be enough for a gtx 670 OC with an AMD FX 8350, I`m asking because I`ve heard horror stories of PSU failing and taking CPUS/GPUS with it. I dont have a large budget (less than 80 bucks).

the links to what I'm looking at:

or this PSU(used):http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005SCYFVA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3U3RCO2AT3NMK

You'll be fine, but wont have room for much else. Personally I'd go 600w just to give a little bit of room.

It will be enough and it will work fine. If you want to OC both GPU and CPU, you will need a slightly more powerful PSU.
