Should I uninstall it or just disable?

Disable in Bios as Wonkeyeyes stated. Get it to boot first.

If problems after finally booting...start in Safe Mode. Delete AMD Radeon driver and software.

I really need help please...

I just bought a Zotac GTX 1050 ti Mini 4GB Single Fan for my Old PC which is AMD A8-9600k with 8GB of Ram, a mother board Asus Prime A320m-k, and a 700w PSU. After installing my 1050 ti I can't really boot it up, I can't even access my Bios. But I works alright using my iGPU... This really frustrates me, and by the way this is my first time installing a GPU, so I'm really a noob... I really appreciate any help and suggestions :)

"Fury" I think, Should I buy a new one?

You probrably should, Thats really a brand ive never heard so I wouldnt trust it. A decent 450-500W PSU from like EVGA would do the job :D. It could well be that your PSU could be causing the problem :/

Thanks :)
I'll also see on to that, but first I'll try to update the Bios and see if it fix the problem, then maybe a few week I'll buy a new decent PSU :)

Thanks, I really hope that this fix the problem, if not I think I'll return the GPU and exchange it for a new one...
