Hey, so I will build a pc with a xeon e3-1230 v3 in a Asus h87m-pro motherboard. For memory I chose Kingston HyperX Beast 1600 and in Pc part picker it said that the operating voltage of 1.65 exceeded the Intel Haswell Cpu recommended maximum of 1,5v. So is that an issue?

NO, the RAM would just undervolt and downclock itself automatically.

I can't OC this cpu. Can't I just buy Hasswell ready memory? (if these exist)

Alot of ram is "Haswell Cetified" It should say on the website

Hope I could help!

http://www.corsair.com/memory-by-product-family/vengeance/vengeance-low-profile-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cml8gx3m2a1600c9.html this one works? It doesn't say  Haswell Cetified but it runs on 1.5v

I believe so

Yeah, it is awkward because they say that only the vengeance pro are haswell compatible. Kingston has this memory that is haswell compatible: http://www.kingston.com/us/memory/search/Default.aspx?PartId=KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX But aaaaaaaah, it will look so ugly in a golden themed mobo

Not an issue. It's been confirmed by Intel employees that 1.65v works just fine. The specification is just there so people don't overvolt like crazy when overclocking ram.
