Choosing strictly between the 2 you have listed the 2nd hands down. A discrete GPU is always better and you can easily get a better CPU down the road. I am also assuming that the Team V ram hit is 2 dimms for dual channel???

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x cooled by Pure Rock Slim // RAM: Gskill Flare X 3200mhz CL14 2x16 32GB// GPU: Powercolor Red Devil RX 6650 XT 8GB// Motherboard: ASRock B450m Pro 4 // PSU: Seasonic G550 Gold 80+ // Storage: 4TB pcie nvme game drive, 512 GB m.2 sata3 OS Drive, 4 TB WD Red HDD // Monitor: Samsung S22D300 21.5" 1080p 60Hz, MSI 27" 1080p 144hz Freesync 1ms display // Peripherals:  Logitech fancy shmancy keyboard and moise with rgb and gaminess stuff, very fancy | Kingston HyperX Cloud Core headset

Second build is surely more powerful....

Try building something like this instead....

CPU: Intel - Core i3-8100 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock - B360M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Storage: ADATA - Ultimate SU650 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte - Radeon RX 570 4GB Gaming 4G  Video Card
Case: Cooler Master - MasterBox Q300L MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Power Supply: Cooler Master - MasterWatt 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Just now, Spudbilly said:

Would that fit his budget....I'm way to lazy this time of night to check myself. :)

He can skip the SSD ND make it fit in his budget..

Also, currently rx570 r getting sold fr almost same price as that of a 1050ti

Build 1 and save up for a discrete GPU.

Also, don't get a 500 gb hard drive, 1 tb ones are only marginally more expensive.

Although is this a strictly gaming build?
What games will you be wanting to play outright?

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

Probably fortnite, bit of overwatch. Homework and web browsing

I'd go with @SHROUD’s suggestion.

You make it cheaper by skipping the SSD and using some random case. The gaming experience will be 100x better with an RX570 than the igpu and it'll hold up for at least another 2 years.

Speaking of RX570's, holy shit I didn't notice how cheap they are now. Same price as a 1050Ti and a lot more horsepower.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Wrong country. There is a PCPP UK for UK builds. That one ends up at £690.

Just suggested him to build something similar. I didn't gave him any estimated cost. It'll cost just a tad bit more but will perform way better.
