gtx 970 windforce 3x overheating

so i have a gtx 970 and i saw that its getting up to 91c on non demanding game and its getting up to 44c on idle. btw i changed the thermal paste and have cleaned every cm on the card it dosnt have a point of dust, the fans is spining good but very loudly cause its up to 91c while gaming

Is this a recent event, the GPU getting this hot?
