So in our house our WiFi reaches every room apart from our home office at the back of our house, there is no wifi in there, we just have ethernet running into the room. We have tried WiFi extenders but they don't really work because they are slow. Is there an inexpensive option for fast WiFi in that room?

You could get another router and configure it as an access point. If the room already has ethernet, then it shouldn't be too hard to wire and set up.

I'd probably get something like https://www.ubnt.com/unifi/unifi-ap-ac-lite/ with you already having access to ethernet.
