since you have budget left over you can upgrade the gpu too. 

 

how much do you have left after the upgrade to the i5?

Not much. Parents wont let me spend more then $900 on the pc. but i ma buying the SSD seprate so i have $40. :(

oh okay. but that gpu will get bottlenecked hard by the i5. 

the rx560 won't allow you to play AAA games on medium.. 

 

i had a rx460 and that couldn't even handle Overwatch at decent settings and fps so.. the rx560 is a little faster than that but most AAA games are a lot more demanding than Overwatch...
