Does it work with the USB Controller?
Do you have another USB Dongle?

Either your Controller is broken, the Bluetooth device is broken or shit or your Windows installation is bad.

The first thing to do is look for a Driver for the Bluetooth Device...

Not true. At all.

Steam has native Support for PS4 Controller and after Setup (in FUll Screen mode), you can use the PS4 Controller with any game supporting XInput that is in your Steam Libary.

And Window still has HID Support. The PS4 Controller is HID Compatible...

But there is like 2 dozend different version of PS4 COntroller for whatever reason. They change the PCB all the time. And also the plastic was changed as well. I have two different versions, one that came with my PS4 PRO wich I bought about a year ago and one newer one that I bought at the Days of Play for 40€...

Controller has been fixed now, been working fine since then. Thanks for the help.

On Windows 10, my PS4 controller can connect but the driver has an error. It is the Bluetooth HID Device under Human Interface Devices.

How can I fix this?

Windows only reconginzes Xinput devices so you'll need something like DS4Windows
