I'm going for a white setup so I'm in the market for some peripherals that'll match. Preferably no metal, customizable switches (I wanna be able to pop them off and not worry about soldering them). Wired or wireless if fine, so is rgb led or no led. I'd love to hear from personal experience how well a specific mouse or keyboard is to clean or keep clean too.

Also any advice on headphone stands or storage that might match would be great.

For white mice; Roccat Kone Aimo, Roccat Kova, SteelSeries Rival 110, Razer Taipan, Asus Cerberus, and Corsair M65 come to mind.

For white keyboards; Corsair K70 Mk.2, Asus Cerberus, and Roccat Isku come to mind.

For white headsets; Corsair Void RGB, Razer Kraken, SteelSeries Arctis 3, Asus Cerberus, and Corsair HS70 come to mind.

I have a white keyboard and it's fairly easy to keep clean because I'm a clean freak to begin with, dust appears a bit more than if I were to choose a black keyboard, but it's nothing major. The keyboard I have is the E-Element Z-88 and it's an open keyboard so it's just the base and the switches with no plate or anything so dust is able to get into the switches, but again, nothing major, and a quick spray of some compressed air does the trick. Dirt is also more noticeable but once again, take a damp tissue and dab at it, done.
