I have a big problem with the Nvidia Driver , i can't even go to youtube seeing a video without having a black screen and the the pop-up of :Display driver stopped responding and has recovered - display driver Nvidia Windows Kernel Mode driver version......stopped responding and has successfully recovered , What can i do ????

Have you tried cleaning drivers with DDU and installing fresh ones?

1. full spec pls. 

2. have you try upgrading or downgrading the graphic driver?

By everything you mean you already tried

1. use different/new PSU

2. clean and reseat graphic card

3. disable hardware acceleration in browsers

4. increase or decrease TDR Delay in Registry

5. test on different system

6. install clean window

If you already ruled out everything from PSU, windows, tested it on other pc then the card is the only culprit left.
