Transfer cable issues with Windows Server

Go to solution Solved by JohnDongus,

Anyways, I figured it out this cable and all others are similar so i just ended up using software from a different company (Startech)

I recently bought this USB3.0 transfer cable off amazon.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B6X8QP0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

After installing it on my Windows 10 Pro PC i started installing it on my windows server 2016 Server, I am now getting this self explanitory error on the server machine. Nappy_Lamprey

is there anything i can do to remedy this?

my network is not fast enough to transfer files from my raid setup, the 5gbps speeds from 3.0 will just barely be enough.

The first an 3rd suggestion still apply.

Also, are you needing to transfer a large file so quickly you cant set of forget overnight?

Also, a 1Gbps network will be more than  enough for a couple of HDDs even in RAID 0.

As someone with 12TB of BluRay rips.  my 1Gbps network can push 5 - 10 streams at once from my server.  and that is the limit of my drivers, not my network.

Thats fine, thats your setup not mine. My raid 10 consists of multiple ssd's and ram caching for specific reading and writing to and from a few large files on the server. My network cards on both machines were limited aswell as my local home network. I immediately tried what you first suggested and no avail.
