1050ti Drivers won't install correctly + Code 43

My 1050ti witch i just got, won'tproperly install drivers and it has a code 43 in device manager, when i click restart in the start menu, the pc freezes while trying to restart. I have removed the old AMD drivers via DDU.I cannot boot into safe mode via the 1050ti due to the restart freeze.

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
