Hello guys!
Recently I broken my laptop LCD, bought one online but it will take a month to arrive. I took the opportunity to also wipe my HD and have brand new Windows 10.

The problem was, I did it on another computer, which lead to my drivers not being installed, which means right now I can't use my external monitor to see anything. I went to a computer repair store, they say the only option is to install windows 10 on a computer like mine.

Is this true?

Nope.

You should be able to see even basic VGA output on the external monitor, usually there is a switch or keypress combination on the laptop to push video to the external monitor.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.
