Starting a new job here pretty soon and wont be home nearly as much.  Decided I needed a mobile gaming solution and bought a laptop.   That means its time to sell the Desktop, I'm just not sure where to price it. Despite it starting to see a bit of age, it still sees 60+ FPS @ 1080p res on nearly everything I throw at it.

A new similar performing PC would cost around 1500 CAD right now.

I'd say 1200 CAD for your system is okay. I'm not sure how the custom watercooling would translate into value for others, but I find a custom watercooled PC to be a bit of a hassle personally. You'll be able to sell it higher than my appraisal.
