Hey guys, sorry it's me again asking more questions!

Anyway, I pretty much have 1/3 of a PC right now because of the components I have bought so far.

I was wondering if I should wait until Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or is the money I'm saving so little that I should just go for it now.

Here is my build in mind (also feel free to suggest any improvements)

So yeah, I need to buy the liquid cooling, RAM, hard drive, case, and motherboard.

I only ask because I still need to buy the monitors as well and I believe monitors go on a decent sale price during the Black Friday event. I do have a cheap monitor as a filler for now that I could use until the sales events.

So...should I wait? Or are the savings just not worth the wait for the pc build?

Thanks guys,

~Daniel

The RAM and HDD I personally would not bank on going on sale, at least not any significant amount. The case could go on sale, but then again maybe $10-$20 so not a huge amount. Pretty much the same with the cooler and MOBO to my knowledge.

I would build the PC now and "risk" some components going on sale just so I could actually use the computer. If you keep waiting for better sales you'll always be waiting for the better deal or better components. Just build the PC and enjoy it IMO.

Congrats on the new build!

CPU: Intel Core i7 8700k 3.7Ghz MOBO: AsRock Z370 Extreme4

RAM: Corsair Vengeance (4x4) Storage: Crucial MX300 275Gb | WD Blue 1Tb

GPU: XFX RS RX480 8Gb Case: Corsair 270R PSU: Seasonic Focus+ 750w

Monitors: HP 22cwa | BenQ BL2420PT  Cans: ATH-M50x

Congrats on the new build!

Good idea, I did buy a few components already and they were the more expensive ones. I probably should check if they work now before any returning periods end. Thanks!

Buy now so you can take advantage of the RMA period especially Amazon. Better to test that the main components are working now and RMA it for free if there are any issues.

The monitors can wait till Black Friday.

Thanks for the great advice!

I even spoiled myself a bit and bought a $360 DxRacer chair for 220. I know it's still expensive but for the quality I feel like I got a steal! I'll be building very soon than! Thanks for the advice my friend. =]
