usb 3.0 root hub problem

SINCLR

usb 3.0 hubs don't work with windows 10!

Mine is forever failing "root hub" in device manager.. drivers r fine..it'll right itself then fail again...unreliable SIMPLE piece of technology!!

disable/uninstall - none of these fixes work...

SOMETIMES you can power off and disconnect the hub then do the device manager routine and it rights itself but it ALWAYS fails again!

Super frustrating

I don't think it is Windows that has the problem considering the things that you have done to correct it.  Have you considered that maybe the hub is bad?

Nice pictures.  Have you tried hooking it up to a different computer to see if the same problems exist?  If they do, then you know the hub is the problem.  Just because it is new doesn't necessarily mean that it can't be screwed up.  I know that I have made a purchase in the past only to get it home and it not work.  Stuff happens.  Hook it up to a different machine and check it out.
