Float plane double charges

So looking at my bank statements it appears floatplane has been charging me twice every month.... What can I do?

Im having the same issue but my other issue is that it says im not even subscribed. Support wizard only gives you the option to send an email.

You should send them an email and contact the support team.

Already did, and they gave me a refund for the second subscribtion and the problem was fixed. Thank you.
