Looking for a backlit keyboard

Hi everyone I'm looking for a backlit keyboard for my grandad, his requirements are that it must be backlit, must have hot keys to open different websites and hey is unsure of weather to go mechanical or not. 

 

I'm seeing a load of keyboards with programmable macros but as far as I know you can't programme macros to open different websites. 

 

Help is greatly appreciated.
