My friend had a similar issue with a different build, we ended up reinstalling his os (and getting him a SSD in the process)

Also is it only online? Or offline too?

the frametime increases random when playing a game it doesnt matter what ia m doing in the game maybe i am jsut walking or shooting or staying, the framerate dealy still happends, here is a picture with the frametime and stutter problem.

sorry for double post, i want to mention that the hdd or ssd that is running the game from it does not show abnormal activity or any spikes of read or write during that time.

I would still do it anyways. It's worth a try it worked for us. Also generally it's a bad idea to defrag a SSD it 'can' cause damage

when i buidl the pc in march i bought an ssd drom samsung 2 hdds seagate barracuda 1T and 1 hdd seagate barracuda 4T, what are the chances that all of them are faulty? and i scanned them and there was no problem with any sector or any error, they are not the problem in this case, i also checked the ram checked the cpu the temps are more than ok and the usage you can check the pic i put it earlier, in csgo there is nothign that could show me a problem the temperature is ok the load is ok on cpu and gpu, i checked the ram sticks one by one with memtest no problem there.

any iddeas are welcom.

sorry for my bad english.

Go ahead and download crystaldiskinfo and check your drives for faults. If none then I would really watch temps after gaming for awhile let the loop get to operating tempature

after i tested some games, it seems that the stutters appear only in csgo, in GTA V, the crew, batman arkham knight nothing....

And only when i play CS:GO online with other players, when i played with bots there was no stutter.

Could be a network thing. Try making another user account on your computer and try some of the games on it. Let me know how it goes.
