BEST 24" 144hz Monitor

Hello, 


I'm looking to replace my current monitor and am looking for a good monitor under $450 AUD (Australian Dollars)

 

Requirements:

144hz

23.6" - 25" 

Height Adjustment (Optional, but preferred)

USB 3.0 (Optional, but preferred)

 

Please give me suggestions on some good monitors that suit this.

I'm going to be watching A LOT of YouTube, and playing MANY games. I will not be watching many movies on my monitor.

I'm also going to be looking at the monitor front on, so I won't really optimize any viewing angles

Speakers: Logitech Z200 White / Beats Earphones
