KMODE_EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

So i have been receiving a Blue Screen of Death with the error being 'KMODE_EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED' 

I read online that a outdated driver may cause the problem. Could someone recommend a free driver updater software that allows you to scan for outdated drivers and update them for free.

 

Any other ideas on how to resolve the issue other than updating drivers?

In my experience, that's what happens when memory is unstable. Not drivers.

 

Maybe use Driver Booster from IObit?

I tried it and it got a 4/4 pass with zero errors. I have also installed driver easy and bought the pro version to update the drivers. And it doesnt work.

You did 4x, not 8x on Memtes86.  I had errors that showed up in test 7x on one stick that caused errors for me.  RMA'd the memory kit and that solved my problem.

This may seem like a stupid question but how do i do 8x memtest86

Are you using the windows version or making a bootable USB?

For the windows version got to 1000%(one thousand) percent with no errors.

For the USB, you can change the test settings before you start,  It's one of the options.
