He sent me this when i told him to do the test in 1080 preset

Perfect. That looks good to me. less then 1% of variance between this and the other 1060 benchmarks I've seen for Furmark.

*Thumbs up*

So I m buying this used Zotac GTX 1060 AMP edition Now just to be sure that it's working properly I told the to test the GPU here's the furmark result. Is this normal? Or is it bad?

Run it on the Preset1080 instead of a 21:9. If you run it at 1920x1080 with 0x MSAA, you should end up with a score around this: http://www.ozone3d.net/gpudb/score.php?which=597390

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

It LOOKS like it's fine to me. I can't tell if that's the performance a 1060 is supposed to get though since I've never seen someone run the 21:9 1080p benchmark for FurMark.
