Can you post some pictures? Make sure your cooler is working, your power supply's fan is spinning. Maybe try reseating your graphics card? Just triple check everything. Make sure your motherboard has the right power cords plugged in. Same thing with your graphics card. Also maybe list the hardware you are using?

The cooler is off because we were checking the cpu .

 

Pentium gold

 

450bt

 

Drr4 2400 4gb ram

 

We dont have a harddrive but it should turn on without one. Any ideas man. Could it be not having a hdd

It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like the USB 2.0 header and the front i/o plugs aren't in. I would look at the motherboard manual to see about plugging those into the right spot. I can't really tell. Do you have the exact specs of your motherboard? It may not support the onboard gpu that the pentium has. I also can't tell what PCIe card you have plugged in, but maybe try booting without it in. Other than that, I am not really too sure. Sorry.

Its a 8th gen board so thats not thr problem the pcie card is just a wifi card
