Undo safe mode?

So I'm doing a driver reinstall on my buddies PC and I went into safe mode but he knows his pin but not his password.... so now were stuck because I can't disable safe mode until I log in but he does not know the password. How can I go back into normal mode without logging in?

OK from what I have seen you will need to go to a microsoft store and have a technician look at it(make appointment) OR if you can boot into a commands prompt you can possibly force it to boot to normal windows from that.
