When I am playing a song I sometimes use the MilkDrop plugin because it looks pretty cool. Recently I have noticed Milkdrop has a noticeably lower performance on my second monitor. My second monitor is a Acer X193W 19 inch 1440x900 monitor that has a refresh rate of 75Hz. My main display is a LG Flatron W2253V 21.5 inch 1920x1080 monitor with a refresh rate of 60Hz. The second a single pixel from MilkDrop hits my Acer monitor the framerate drops. It only drops about 5FPS but the visuals looks choppy. I don't know why its doing this and I have MilkDrop setup perfectly. Could this be a driver problem or somethgin else. I also happen to have a fairly fast system so CPU/GPU should not be a problem because they are almost all 2D images being rendered.

System specs:

CPU: Core i5 3570K stock.

GPU: Nvidia GTX 460 768MB Cyclone

RAM: 4GB Corsair Vengance 1600 CL9 1.5V

MB: Gigabyte Z68x-UD3H-B3 Rev1.3 Ul1 Bios

SSD: Sandisk Extreme 128GB

Don't bother commenting I just figured it out. My main monitor was set to 59HZ not 60 and it was causing some weird V sync issue between both monitors. I changed my main monitor to 66Hz and its fine now but if you where going to comment thanks anyways.
