Failing SSD

After transporting my PC in a 4 hour car ride my PC is acting strange. Occasionally windows will stop responding and when I restart my PC is says failing SSD and lists Samsung 850 Evo. It also sometimes says overclock failed. So I tuned back some of the overclocks I had set and also ran a SMART scan on my SSD. No errors to report. So I ran a scan in windows and nothing shows up. Is my SSD really failing? Samsung magician says 21.4TB written with Drive condition as Good, latest firmware, AHCI is enabled, TRIM is enabled, and so is RAPID Mode.
