First time PC Building

Hi guys, Im new to PC Building and will try to build my own Using A CPU from my mother's 6months old PC.

The CPU is Intel Core i5-4460 and Im looking for parts that can atleast let me play Dota 2 in High/Medium FPS with 60+ FPS..

 

Please give suggestions on parts

Heres a decent list for a low budget, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JWJbyX That card should do very well on dota, easily getting 60 fps

580's way waay overkill lol. But then again there was no budget given..

BTW, selling the i5 for what price ? I Mean im not familiar with the pricings as im new to this kinds of stuffs ?

I'm not really sure, around 2500 to 4000 Phillippine Paysos, or ~$50 - $70.

There's not a lot of those in the used market...at least from where I'm at.
