smallest water cooling ever

I want to get a mini ITX build with a custom water loop in it, which means I will have a smaller than average GPU inside the build. Is there a water block designed for smaller graphics cards?

8600k and a 1080, and as low as possible without sacrificing performance

Why would you do a custom loop for mid range hardware?

 

an R5 2600/i7 8700 is a better choice for the CPU, should be able to get a 1080ti in that budget without water cooling.

 

What's your monitor resolution/refresh rate?

actually nvm i think i can fit a full size card into the case I want
