Hey guys. So I've recently changed my motherboard from an ASRock AB350 PRO4 board to the ASUS ROG Crosshair VI Hero so I can give it to my friend. So as I was moving the parts into my case, I found out that the board only has 1x USB 2.0 header as opposed to the ASRock having 2!!! I used my AIO cooler previously so I know it works with Corsair Link and iCue. As I was lurking on the forums throughout the internet. I found out that many of you guys recommended the NZXT Internal USB Hub. So I went out and bought it, but I'm stumped on the fact that it's not working. Looking through the manual of the motherboard, There is 1x USB 2.0 shared with the ROG Extension mid-board. The hub turns on, indicated by the light, but no activity. Running an AIO Corsair H100i v2, Want the usb thing to work so I can monitor with Corsair Link. As well as use the front usb panel on my case. Looking for some help guys! I 'm pretty sure I plugged it in the right place..I've uploaded a couple of pics hoping you guys can debunk this issue. Excuse the messy setup, I plan to clean it up later.

Corsair H100i isn't detected on Corsair Link, neither of my front usb's work. :(

Does the hub have its own power connector?  If it doesn't you are probably hitting the current limitation.

Failing that the options are a USB PCIe adapter that has a 2.0 motherboard header or a USB 3.1 to USB 2.0 motherboard header adapter (wouldn't be shocked to find that more expensive).
