Boot loop PLEASE HELP

So ive had this pc for half a year now and suddenly i got this error while booting up and when i continue it does a boot loop. i tried system restore, cmd stuff, resetting completely, and none of those worked. I have a GTX 1050TI / R3 1200 / and the UEFI is msi if that matters. ive actaully tried everything. im considering buying a new HDD and reinstalling windows with a fresh HDD so yeah. i would LOVE if anyone could help me bc i dont wanna lose all my stuff so yea

and yes i OC from 3.1 to 3.8 alltho i dont think thats the problem

just try , nothing bad will happen

also more details: the error message :Automatic repair couldnt repair your pc 

Press "advanced options" to try other options to repair your pc or "shut down" to turn off your pc.

Log file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\LogFiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

if it does work try to reinstall windows again (files might be corrupted)
