550w psu by any company will do,

For motherboard this one is really good and will suit ur budget-https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813119141&cm_re=ryzen_motherboards-_-13-119-141-_-Product

Use the stock heatsink that is included with your cpu.

For cases go with this one https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119331&cm_re=matx_cases-_-11-119-331-_-Product

I'm also pretty new to PC but I know a few things.

CPU : If you're going with a Ryzen 5 cpu I'd recommend taking the Ryzen 5 1400 (the cheaper Ryzen 5 option) or the Ryzen 5 2600.

Motherboard : I'm personally currently building a PC with a Ryzen cpu and the best budget motherboards are the B350+B450 motherboards.

Cheapest option: MSI B350M Gaming pro.It only has 2 ram slots so I'd recommend not getting this one.Btw this is the cheapest motherboard for the Ryzen that can overclock.

Option 2: MSI B350M Mortar. This motherboard is much better since it has 4 ram slots that WILL come in handy when upgrading.I strongly advise this one.Can also be used for overclocking.

Option 3 (most expensive but by very little) : MSI B450M Mortar. This one is very similar to option 2,the main difference is it can handle 3466mhz ram and since you're on a budget it wont make much difference.

All these motherboards are dual channel and are Micro ATX sized so it can be fitted in an ATX or mATX case.

I'd give u prices but you didn't state which country you live in,remember to do it in future posts and also state your budget.I STRONGLY advise you to get the B350M mortar or the B450 instead of the B350M Gaming Pro.

HOPE THIS HELPS!
