Did you install motherboard drivers? You might be having a USB polling issue, so check out your motherboard manufacturer's website to get chipset drivers.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I just watched both those videos and they look completely normal. Noticed no freezing and very minimal stuttering. You are playing online so fps will fluctuate. Looks completely normal to me. If you by chance haven't tried it yet, in COD WW2, you could try turning on Shader Preload in the graphic settings. It worked like magic for me when I experienced a little stuttering and I barely notice stuttering if any now. What it does is preload the shaders prior to game play and gets rid of potential stuttering. And supposedly it's supposed to take longer to load levels when it's on but I don't notice longer level loads at all and I don't even use an SSD.

i don't use a ssd too, for ww2 now i'll try your tip, but in the black ops 3 clip if you notice the stutter happen when the cpu usage gets low and when the cpu frequency changes (this thing isn't happened in any other game)

None of those look like what there should be. Nothing labeled chipset? If not, maybe those drivers just aren't available.

Sounds like a common Black Ops 3 issue if you ask me. Also, when you're running around on maps online, getting close to things and far away from things, going from closed spaces to wide open spaces, your CPU usage if going to do this.

I just noticed something else, how much RAM do you have total on your PC?

I also found another thing that may be causing your stuttering in Black Ops 3. I've found out that Order Independent Transparency and Subsurface Scattering could be the culprit. Turn them both off and see if that helps. It looks like you don't see peoples faces much so you don't need SS on in the first place.

so in black ops 3 i disabled order indipendent transparency and subsurface scattering and now no stutter, but in ww2 i've activated shader preload and now there are still stutter but less than befero i thinl is the bad optimization of this game. Thanks everyone for the help:)

You could try and turn off subsurface scattering in ww2 as well. But keep in mind, in this game you can see peoples faces. So if you look hard enough, you may notice a difference in the graphics of their faces. It's barely noticeable during fast paced action but there is a difference. I also looked more into the stuttering in this particular game and you could also try these other things and you won't downgrade your graphics much at all.

  • Set AA to Filmic SMAA 1x instead of 2x. This one will improve your FPS from dipping so much in general.
  • Set Texture Res to High instead of Extra. This one helped me personally on my GTX 1070. Not only does it improve FPS, it greatly reduces VRAM usage.
  • Set Shadow Map Res to High. Greatly improves your FPS. Extra uses a lot of VRAM so this helps exceptionally well for both FPS and VRAM usage.
  • Set Cache Sun Shadow Maps to OFF. This is another setting that uses a lot of VRAM.

What I found out is that the more VRAM you use in COD WW2, the more stuttering/hitching you will experience. I hope these settings worked for you because they worked like magic for me. I had forgot all about them and searched this morning for them in my notes and found them for ya'.

If you notice any more stuttering in other games, you can always come back to this thread. I've spent a lot time fixing these type of things in the games I play.

i've tried this thing the stuttering is decreased but i've watched some videos of ww2 and i think of have found the proble. The problem is the ram quantity because i have only 8 GB and i've read that ww2 needs at least 12GB of ram, so i need to buy some sticks

@trollgame937That's why I asked this way above in this thread. I would go 16GB if I were you but 12GB will suffice. Just barely. Once you go 16GB, you don't really experience much stuttering anymore in any game. Unless you're playing something like Ark online.
