unable to remove side panel

Hi there, I'm using the diablotek abyss case and the side panel to install the motherboard won't come off so its kinda critical.

The other side for the back came off easy, and clue what could be stopping the panel from coming off?

It is a shit case I know.

Remove anything you can see stopping it from moving.

Put the case on it's side, the stuck sidepanel on top.

Use something to hold the case in place, but not blocking the side panel.

Press down on the panel with both of your palms and push down and away from you.

Thumb screws are off.

One side comes off, the other side is stuck. Like, the sides of the 1 stuck side. Its got to be something with the grooves I'm thinking.

pull/push the panel towards the back of the case

Tried pushing on the side panel while sliding it towards the rear?
