Dual Moniter Setup Help :)

Hi I have a Asus 1440p/144hz Moniter and a LG 4k Hdr moniter setup on my Gtx 1080ti if i watch  a video on one screen and try running a game or video on the other say youtube or something, the youtube video will start running at like 2 frames per second and will keep buffering and wont play any chance of some help please thanks.

Which browser are you using and is hardware acceleration on?

Hi i have tried using google chrome and Microsoft edge and both do the same thing Hardware acceleration is turned on.

Try to disable hardware acceleration

i had this issue with a specific game (ark survival evolved) but with no other games

ok so it works now with hardware acceleration off  with youtube through google chrome when playing a game and a video through the other screen thanks  but i just tried netflix and the game but that does the same thing where the video stutters like mad any suggestions thanks

You could try the netflix app from the windows store

unfortunately that was with the app

What cpu do you have? Could be an decoding problem.

Are your drivers up to date? Sometimes it might help

Yeh for the motherboard and Graphics im a little stuck now any other suggestions

You could install msi afterburner and rivatuner to see if your system has any problems with multitasking

I mean like fps / performance. So you play a game and watch a netflix movie and run the rivatuna overlay (msi afterburner) and there you can see how much percent are used by your system while playing and streaming

Ok this is with world of warcraft at ultra at 1440p and netflix on the other screen

Do you have only on WOW these problems?
