guys, is it normal during decompressing, my cpu and disk not doing 100%?

i dont know why my cpu (R7 2700X) only take 20% usage and disk (samsung 860 Evo) about 50%, they quite slow.

 

and also do you know how much approximately R7 2700X and GTX 1070 will pull electricity during idle/ web browsing?

What program are you using? You could always try a different one and see if it's faster.

That seems a bit low, but it is hard to judge from just the info you presented.

Probably around 40-50 watts.

are you sure it's 50 watt? it seem they take 200 watt @_@

depends on the program, some program may use 100% of all cores, some maynot.

my 1600 rarely go above 60% when unrar.

yes. ryzen and pascal gtx is very power efficient.
