Playstation Parental Controls

I made my kid a PS4 account, and of course I didn't use his real age. I don't even remember the date I put it, but apparently it is something that makes him an "adult". I don't have the ability to set parental controls over his account.... Is there a way to fix the age or get around this? Sony makes it so freaking hard.

Call Sony suppot or go to his account settings. You’ll either need the password or the date of birth. If you call don’t support though you should gain access if you can log into the account you used to setup the account.
