Nvidia Misleading Consumers

I was browsing Insagram when I saw this. They’re advertizing the 2079, but say 11Gb of frame buffer. I wonder if they could be legally responsible for false advertizing.

Frame buffer and VRAM are the same thing. They said memory, but everyone who sees that assumes VRAM.

memmory and Vram are the same thing. its just there to feed the GPU. they havent falsly advertized anything.

The VRAM on the 2070 is 8Gb. The VRAM on the 2080Ti is 11Gb. It is a blatant case of false advertizing.

I see now. Yes. Its missleading though nothing is technically wrong.

 

Their most advanced option has 11GB of Vram. So it checks out

In all seriousness though while they might be liable for False Advertising technically any actual suit would get put down by nVidia's lawyer brigade
