Dead RAM or PSU?

I have been away from my house for a few months and I recently have retuned to find that my gaming rig isn’t working. I have taken it apart at have started to diagnose the problem, it seems that either the ram is dead or there is a defect in the psu. Every time I hit the power button the fans do one rotation and stop, no monitor post or anything. Below is a video showing the problem and what I think is wrong and why I think so, let me know what you think and any suggestions on what I should do.

Might be a bad PSU, do you have access to another one for testing?

Try another RAM stick while you're at it, just in case

I don’t have access to extra parts I’m trying to find some now that I can afford or see if a friend has any.

unplug eveything even the gpu and just leave the mb and cpu connected then try it.

Don't buy anything before you find out what's actually wrong with it. Can you take it to a computer store? Maybe they'll let you use some of their parts

I could see if there is a computer store around where I live, I stay out in the middle of no where.

Alright I’ll drive into the city and take all my stuff up to a Best Buy and see if GeekSquad will let me test using parts that is at the store.

Thanks for the help everyone, I’ll be shure to post an update on what’s wrong when I know for shure.
