Posted August 25, 2018 For gaming, I would get the i5, but for more multitasking-intensive tasks, I would take the Ryzen but it all depends on your needs so you'll need to tell us what you're going to do with the choices of CPUs. Posted August 25, 2018 What will u be doing most of the time on the PC? For general usage i'd suggest go for i5 8600k. Single and Quad core speed is better on the i5 8600k (in which is usually what most programs can use). If you are multitasking eg; gaming + streaming, go for the Ryzen 7 1700x. So You Wanna Be A Playa, But Your Rig's Ain't Fly,You Gotta Hit Us Up, To Get A Pimped Out Rig, You've Got To Pimp My Riggggggg...
