gpu Please help me find a gpu...

Hello everyone,

So been looking for a new gpu since i am gonna upgrade my cpu to a i5 8400, and i think gtx 1070 is a good ideia, but then... there are the companies that make it, and there are a lot as you all know, and so many prices and places to buy it from i just dont know the best place to buy it from and which one to do so...
There are some on e-bay but are "Pre-owned" as they call it, and i want a new one ofc, but then the prices are like 500... which is madness since you can find it for like 399$.
So my head right now is about to explode with so many values and different options, so if you could be kind enough to tell me one to get (website and company that made it), just send a link of one like e-bay or amazon, or a gaming store i don't know, and some explanation why that one over another.
One important thing i should mention is i live in Portugal, since the product one may choose may not ship to Portugal.
