memory compatibility & speed considerations

need 64Gb RAM for my projects was looking for deals. 

Server RAM (1x64Gb) looks cheaper than some of the 4x16gb kits

 

I know the ECC thing is useless for me, and that I might loose some speed because of quad channel vs single channel.

 

Do you think 

1) The speed difference would be huge.. considering everyone just mentions anything above 2666DDR4 is decent enough.

2) will the mentioned stick work with my motherboard! 

 - Ryzen 1700 with Gigabyte GA-A320MA-M.2

3) I need to build another machine soon, is there any other motherboard where this mem will be compatible with?

i would not buy server mem, this seems pretty cheap
