Pc Hard Freezing

i am having a problem and i keep freezing. i have done a virus scan and nothing showed up and on top of that i did a system check for corrupted files and there was none. i am at the point of wiping my drive to reinstall and i dont want to go through all of that. i really need help.

whole computer freezes and i have to force shut down to use again

pull out all but one ram stick and see if that stabilizes it

i dont think its the ram bc i installed a fan and a hard drive and right when the hdd went in and it started freezing, i removed it and its still occuring
