Broken JPEG files

Hello there!
I have some old broken JPEG pictures that I'm trying to recover. I have tried everything from switching file type to using programs. It might be that the picture is in too high resolution. (When you open the pic for the first time its show it for 0.5 a sec in poor quality before getting like this with a better resolution.
