Viper4Android on android pie?

i would like to know if i could get viper4android for andoid pie

i have huawei pra-lx1(c432) android pie (9)

i got it because i could and my phone had an treble supported rom

but i see that lot of tools dont support android 9

could i flash one meant for android 8?

(i have android pie without any mods. but with gapps and ill try root)
