Help with pc build

Ok I'm looking to build a new pc to fake the place of 2 computers in my home and I need some help with the parts. The pc will be used as my main gaming pc and it will be running my plex server at all times. So what I need help with is if the ryzen 2600 will be enough that I won't get any lag or intention when I'm gaming and people are watching movies

I would aim for a Ryzen 2700x personally, that level of multitasking may be a bit of a strain for a 2600.
