I tried storemi at one point. Didn't like it so uninstalled it, and wiped everything then installed windows on my ssd. Now I can't use/format my hdd. Is there any programs that would allow me to reformat my hdd?

Disk Management is a built-in Windows application and lets you format and assign drives to letters. You can access the application by right-clicking on the Windows icon on the bottom left hand corner of your screen and selecting Disk Management from the context menu. Afterward, right click on the unallocated disk, create a new simple volume and click through the dialog that appears.
