Building a emulator box.

A few days back I purchased a asus vanguard B85 1150 board for about $25, I was wondering if I used it for a emulator box will the I5 4570 be enough? 

As well as 8gb of ddr3 ram be enough

The ram came from my old computer they were kingstons

We are trying to get a 1050 or 1050ti but so far no one in my area are letting go of their gpus yet.
